This Orientation is geared towards both existing and first time leaders. You can expect to learn the why, what and how behind everything BGroups at Bethany.

We'll unpack what the mission of "bringing all people into the life, family and purpose of God" means practically and how we can each help lead every individual to take a next step in the journey. Offered at the start of every semester, we encourage you to participate in an orientation as often as you would like.
