Each B-Group leader is paired with a hub leader. Your hub leader is there to provide support and serves as a direct line of communication with the pastoral staff. Connect with your hub leader when you have a need, prayer request, or concern.
Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ. This will continue until we all come to such unity of our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ.
—Ephesians 4:11–13 NLT
Our B-Group model is simple—make your life your group! We desire to see leaders turn their existing relationships, gifts, interests, passions, and hobbies into disciple-making small groups that grow together and serve our community. In other words, as a leader you do not need to carve out new time in your schedule to lead a B-Group; rather, you can turn a part of your existing life into your group by sharing it with others. You have the opportunity to use what God has given you to see people move one step ahead in their relationship with Christ. This B-Group model includes any life-giving activity that is of interest or enjoyment to you and others.
Examples of making your life your group:
Bethany B-Groups are as diverse as we are. We have groups for all ages, interests, days, times, and locations. We foster an environment where our groups “do life together.”
As a B-Group leader, be innovative and creative! God has uniquely designed each person, and He can use your uniqueness as a catalyst for building relationships.
