The Flow of Leadership

  1. Senior Pastor
    Pastor Jonathan Stockstill

  2. Campus Pastor

  3. Community Pastor
The community pastor’s focus is the relational component of the campus. He oversees B-Groups with the help of his team of six hub leaders. It is his responsibility to make sure the campus is connecting in relationships and the B-Group leaders are encouraged, equipped, and given clear direction. The community pastor will ensure that each group is maintaining a heart of service, discipleship, and devotion. All pastoral care will flow through the hands of this pastor to his team.

  4. Hub Leaders
Every B-Group is connected to one of our six hubs—six demographics of our church family. Each campus has a leader for each of these six hubs. A hub leader develops a team of leaders who will help him/her oversee all groups in that hub, reports directly to the community pastor concerning the number of groups meeting and the content of those groups, and connects with hub leaders from other campuses to accomplish special events, Encounters, etc.
