Information Technology Manager

Responsible for overseeing and managing Bethany’s technical services. Coordinates project phases from development to installation. Acts as liaison between our organization, vendors, and consultants.

The IT manager must be proficient in the following:

  • Windows 10, Mac OS support
  • Windows and Mac file share
  • Windows and Mac deployment
  • Office 365 apps
  • Google Apps for education
  • Server 2012 support
  • Terminal services (remote desktop)
  • Ethernet, coax, BNC, fiber, cable termination
  • UBNT EdgeMAX, airMax, airFiber, UniFi video
  • Printer support (generic)

The IT manager will also manage the following areas with help from vendors or through on-the-job learning:

  • Security, video, alarm–access control (Infinias Keyfob)
  • Church management software
  • HP layer 3 switching
  • Windows print server management
  • RTMP base video stream
  • Office phones–Avaya IP Office R9-9608 handsets
  • VMware Essentials Plus Management
  • Xsan file system support
  • Mikrotik routers
  • Advanced routing protocols, OSPF, packet queuing, NAT, SIP
